I am really hesitant to give my DS biscuits or ...

I am really hesitant to give my DS biscuits or chips...stuff he can chew on and hold himself...He is 6 months old and MIL and friends give him chips n bikkys but I am scared he will choke. I never thought twice about it with DD and DS#1 so I dont know why I am scared to with DS#2. Is anyone else giving their 6 month old "fingerfood"
